Gulab Jamun Rabdi Martini

Sometimes it is about not doing different things but just doing things differently! 🙂 Presenting to you my gulab jamun martini… where the Gulab jamun is the olive in Rabdi which is my martini.

I was running short on time so couldn’t make the gulab jamuns from scratch this time but have made angoori gulab jamuns in the past.  Here’s the recipe: https://chicpudding.com/2015/08/21/angoori-gulab-jamun/.

Rabdi: Full fat milk –> boil till its a very thick consistency. It should reduce to 1/3 or 1/4 of its consistency. Keep stirring so that the thickened granules are distributed evenly.
Add sugar or sweetened condensed milk. Add kesar and cardamon powder and shaved almonds 🙂
