As a fashion blogger, I love dressing up all the time. So you can imagine my excitement level when I get to dress my house too! ;). Diwali is my favorite festival not just cos I get to decorate my house but also cos the lights, the brightness, the colors, the sweets, the faral/snacks just fills my heart & stomach with joy :).
I love to use traditional Diwali decor that creates an eclectic blend with my otherwise contemporary furniture. From last year to now, there are a few things that have changed in our house… we have a different couch, rug, dinning table, vases etc. We also added a faux brick wall to add a rustic touch and got a plant to blend some freshness into our living room. I have used some new and some old decor. I was lucky to have received such beautiful pieces of rangolis, divas, table runner, miniature Ganpati idols from my mum, sister and MIL from India. Thank you my ladies! ❤
Hope you have a great time decorating your place. Wishing you and your family a very Happy Diwali! 😀
