2 mins eggless microwave mug cakes

I am all set for the mid-night weekend indulgence. Love these mug cakes cos they are so simple and easy to make. All you need is 3 mins (1 min to prepare and 2 mins to cook) and all the required ingredients (for happiness) :D.

If you are craving a delicious cake and don’t want to spend too much time and energy on making one, this is the recipe for you! Love the way the came out – Moist, gooey, warm, airy and light. Enjoy with a dollop of ice-cream or your favorite warm beverage.

I love simple, easy, quick recipes that manifest into scrumptious and satisfying food creations. And in the series of many to come, this is my first one!

I have made 3 different types of mug cakes here.

  1. Hi! I just made the first mug cake. I arrived here looking for something to do with a leftover of condensed milk. My coco powder you meant cocoa, right? I used coconut because in Spanish it’s called coco. And the result is really good! Thank you for the recipe.
